After nine games we are nowhere near where we should be seeing some teams in the standings. We discuss which head coach will be the first to get the axe; Eakins, Larson, Boudreau, D.J. Smith or Gallant? We delve into a discussion of Vancouver potential moves. Brandon Carlo has returned from injury which leads into a convo around our Twitter Poll results as to which Bruins defenseman will bring back the highest return. Toews and Kane are both in the last year of their contracts with the 'Hawks, so which one stays and which one goes? We bandy about various landing spots for Bo Horvat, as listed by Lyle Richardson. Two weeks in and things are still a bit topsy turvy standings-wise, but we continue on. Eric Staal has returned to the NHL and Joe Pavelski nets a hat trick. The PWHPA has been downsized to four teams versus the PHF's seven. Maybe now is the time to start considering a merger. The Boston Pride will do something almost unheard of in today's hockey...play two games in 24 hours. We bring back an old segment...Add One! Chris runs down some stats for the Bruins, keeping in mind that they are only 6 games into the season. Connor Clifton is a bit of a focus here as he is playing top minutes this season. We divulge the results of last week's Twitter Poll and it was literally meh. We unleash a new Twitter Poll (link below) and finish up with the Kraken getting a soundtrack written by Hans Zimmer. A great show to be sure, so listen, comment and Enjoy the Show!

The new NHL season has begun and some teams have played as many as four games already. With such a small sample size, we have already spotted some surprises early in the campaign. The bulk of the show revolves around a Bleacher Report story by Lyle Richardson (with some help) regarding a way too early 2023 mock draft. We dive into the first 20 picks, and identify some surprises, some too high picks, some too low and a lack of defensemen. We have results of two Twitter polls, one around the strongest defense in the East and another regarding Patrick Kane staying in Chicago in a chase for the all time points lead for the Blackhawks. We touch on the Ian Cole investigation and a quick update on Brad Marchand. Everyone enjoy the new season, and give us a listen. Let us know what you think and Enjoy the Show!
