With 53 days until camps begin, we continue to march forward with some stimulating hockey talk. There are, at present 10 teams over the cap, some with multiple signings still to make. The Canucks are an interesting subject and we break down what they may have to do in the near future. The Bruins are still talking to Pavel Zacha, but have not made any moves on Bergeron, Krejci or Pasta. J.T. Miller is still a Canuck, but should the Devils make an offer to pluck him away? What would that move look like? Should it include Damon Severson? Matthew Tkachuk has not been a Panther long, but his first press conference has shown us he already is a diehard Panther! We talk about Philly signings and other teams and close out the show with a tweet that can only be described as foolish. Give us a listen and tell us what you think! Look for the Twitter poll on Thatcher Demko and Enjoy the Show!

Now begins the time where we hockey fans begin to lose our collective minds as there is no on ice activity until September. A large trade was made between the Panthers and the Flames as Matthew Tkachuk, etc. was sent to Florida for Huberdeau, Weegar and other pieces. Jack Studnicka has re-signed with the Bruins on a two year deal. Could Charlie Coyle be traded? We discuss. The Oilers still have 3 players unsigned and need to make some moves to lock them up. We talk about the Gaudreau backlash from a statement he made after signing with Columbus. We talk impactful RFAs still unsigned and Jagr still wants to play as well as sign a defenseman for his team in the Czech Liga. A fun show to be sure so give a listen and Enjoy the Show!

With the draft having just concluded, we move onto the next phase of the off-season...free agency. We start out with a recap of the draft as viewed by us. We also review draft day trades. Kane (and possibly Toews) will probably be moved, so we discuss landing spots. B's have a lot of work still to do, so we talk about potential moves. New Jersey has themselves a new Assistant GM...Kate Madigan. She has been in the Devil's system for a few years, so congratulations to Kate. San Jose has hired a new GM...Mike Grier! His first task will be to hire a head coach. Congrats Mike! We look back at the 2012 draft, and thanks to the NHL redrafting the top 10.
